This flamboyant left handed batsmen has shown that he posses a temperament
especially in time of pressure. This tall man has replaced Arjuna Ranatunga
to near perfection and provides a much-needed stability to the Lankans
middle-order. The perpetually underweight and famished looking batsman
has however also shown a great hunger for runs since his debut.
Arnold is flexible and can bat at any position. Apart from his batting
ability, Arnold is also a useful off-break bowler and a fine fielder at
any position.
